Construction of the HKBP Aek Kanopan Sunday School Building, Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhan Batu Regency, implementing project scheduling using the S curve method, where the relationship between critical activities cannot be known so that activities that are priorities and cannot be carried out late in the project cannot be seen. And there is no efficient time to complete the project. Therefore, PDM and PERT methods are needed in order to know the relationship between activities and activities that need to be of concern (critical activities), and to know the probability of completion time for all project work activities. The aim of this research is to find out how to apply the PDM and PERT methods in scheduling building construction projects which initially use the S curve method in scheduling so as to produce a time schedule with the right work duration and has a high probability of success. From the results of scheduling calculations for the HKBP Aek Kanopan Sunday School Building Construction project, Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhan Batu Regency, Using the PDM method, it was found that the total duration of project work activities was 180 working days with the same critical path activities as the PERT method, namely preliminary work activities and foundations, concrete work, wall work, sanitation work, and other work. Meanwhile using the PERT method resulted in an efficient time for project completion, namely 179 days and a 99% probability of successful completion of the project.
