| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to analyze how the effect of workload on morale with competency as an intervening variable. The total population in this study was 200 people, using the slovin sampling technique, the slovin formula n = N / ((1 + (N x e²)), where n is the sample size to be sought, N is the population size and e is the margin of error which is the amount of error that is expected or determined. The value of the amount of error or margin of error (e) can be determined by the researcher. Then the 5% margin of error is equal to 0.05 and a sample of 133 people is obtained. Data analysis in this study using the validity test method, reliability test, path analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, model test (F), partial test (T), and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that workload does not have a direct and significant effect on competence. Workload has a direct and significant effect on morale, competence has a direct and significant effect on morale, and workload on morale with competence does not have a significant direct effect on PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Tanah Raja | en_US |
