Motorcycles are one of the means of transportation to facilitate daily activities, UMKM motorcycle workshop Giant Jaya Motor is a business engaged in sales services, repair services, maintenance and provision of spare parts, in a workshop maintenance and repair services are very important to carry out activities properly. Operator activities at the Giant Jaya Motor workshop are too dense and operators are not met with the need to unwind so that they do not produce good performance and take a long time to service. This study aims to find out the raw time and to find out the operator's workload. In this study the author uses the Work Sampling method, work measurement using this work sampling method as well as work measurement with stopwatch time study is classified as direct work measurement, because the implementation of measurement activities is carried out directly at the workplace studied. From the results of data processing that has been carried out, it is obtained that the standard time required to service 1 unit of motorcycle is 26,34 minutes. The percentage of time used to work is 75%, so for the workload of 89,82% it is too heavy for mechanics, so the mechanics are unable to meet the desired production target.
