Campus libraries are the heart of education. Every campus wants absolute quality education and continues to develop libraries. The existence of a library in every educational unit, including campus educational pathways, is a necessity in this era of globalization where advances in information and communication technology are developing rapidly and the use of information technology (IT) in the field of education has become a natural thing. E- library is a work unit in the form of a place to systematically collect, store, manage and organize collections of library materials for use by users as a source of information as well as a fun learning tool. One solution for distributing digital files is the E-Library Application. E-Library is a library where all collection contents and management processes, as well as services are a collection of data in digital form. The goal is time and place efficiency for both managers and users, making it easier to provide services. This E-Library application is web-based using internet data. Creating E-Library applications using Windows10, XAMPP, web browser (Chorme, Firefox, etc.) Sublime Text Editor.
