dc.description.abstract |
This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 400 respondents and a sample of 80 respondents. The technique of determining the sample uses the slovin formula. Respondents came from Mitra Medika Hospital Medan. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique.
The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The contribution of work discipline in influencing work productivity is 0.427. This means that work discipline is very important because it will be able to increase work productivity by 42.70%. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The contribution of leader member exchange in influencing work productivity is 0.151. This means that the leader member exchange is very important because it will be able to increase work productivity by 15.10%. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The contribution of work motivation in influencing work productivity is 0.333. This means that work motivation is very important because it will be able to increase work productivity by 33.30%.
