dc.description.abstract |
The study aims to determine the leader member exchange and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment at PT.ASTRA. The Path Analysis is used as an analysis tool to find out how the influence between the independent and dependent variables is mediating by the mediating variable. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study is all of the employee of PT.ASTRA totally 125 employee.
The results in this study indicate that the variables of leader member exchange and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment as a mediator have a significant effect the connection between leader member exchange and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior
