This study aims to determine the effect of organizational trust on turnover intention at PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan, the supervisor's role on turnover intention at PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan, and the influence of organizational trust and the role of supervisors on turnover intention at PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. This study uses an associative approach, which aims to analyze the problems in the object of research by looking at whether or not there is a relationship between one variable and another. This study uses two variables consisting of organizational trust (X1), the role of the supervisor (X2), and turnover intention (Y1) as the dependent variables. The location of this research was carried out at PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan, whose address is at JL. Purwosari, Medan Timur District, North Sumatra. The research period is planned from the beginning of June 2021 to September 2022.
The population in this study is made up of employees who work at PT. Grahal Mandiri Barata Medan, totaling 285 people. Primary data was obtained directly by researchers from research locations with data in the form of employee opinions (arguments) related to research variables in the form of research questionnaires and secondary data sources as supporting data, while primary data was obtained from companies in the form of documentation such as company profiles, evidence of questionnaire distribution, etc. Based on the research results, organizational trust has a significant effect on turnover intention at PT Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. The supervisor's role has a significant effect on turnover intention at PT Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. Simultaneously, organizational trust and the supervisor's role have a positive effect on turnover intention.
