This study aims to determine and analyze the significant influence of work discipline, morale, workload and work ability on the performance of employees of PT. Tales Inti Sawit. This type of research is associative research, namely research that aims to analyze and see whether there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. In this study using quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT Tales Inti Sawit Deli Serdang, totaling 112 people and the sample in this study were 53 people.
The results showed that the work discipline variable had a significant effect on the work performance of employees at PT. Tales Inti Sawit. The results of testing the moral variable have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Tales Inti Sawit. The workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tales inti sawit. And the work ability variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tales Inti Sawit
