PT. Florindo Makmur is a company that processes sweet potatoes/cassava into tapioca flour as a finished product. Employee performance greatly influences productivity. Companies need employees who have the skills and work discipline for optimal production results, therefore performance assessments are needed for employees to see employee performance and assist leaders in making decisions.
This research aims to determine the criteria used in assessment performance and to find out how to improve employee performance at PT. Florindo Makmur. Data is processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy TOPSIS methods.
The conclusion of the results of this research is that there are 4 criteria that will be used as a reference in assessing employee performance, namely attendance with a weight of 0.420932, work behavior with a weight of 0.106408, discipline with a weight of 0.051730 and quality of work with a weight of 0.20931. From the calculation results, employees have not met the standards set by employees at 80%. The average score obtained by employees was 72.6%. Improving employee performance can be done by providing motivation such as providing rewards and providing disciplinary training to employees. Apart from that, companies can also provide education to employees to get quality employees which of course will have an impact on optimal production results. Improving employee performance can also be done by imposing stricter sanctions on employees who violate regulations.
