This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share, on stock prices with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a sample of 28 companies with 5 years of observation so that a total sample of 140. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using the residual test.
The results of this study indicate that return on equity has a significant effect on stock prices, net profit margin has a significant effect on stock prices, earnings per share has a significant effect on stock prices, dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of earnings per share on stock prices and is unable to moderate the effect of return on equity, net profit margin to share price, in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period
