dc.description.abstract |
This study aims to analyze how the effect of welfare benefits, work skills and work discipline on employee morale, to analyze how the effect of welfare benefits, work skills and work discipline on employee morale is partially moderated by leadership behavior. The total population in this study amounted to 198 people, and by using the slovin sampling technique, a sample of 132 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results showed that welfare benefits, work skills and work discipline had a significant effect on employee morale. moderating variable or leadership behavior strengthens welfare benefits on employee morale at PT Swalayan Maju Bersama Medan, moderating variable or leadership behavior strengthens work skills on employee morale at PT Swalayan Maju Bersama Medan and moderating variable or leadership behavior strengthens work discipline on employee morale at PT Swalayan Maju Bersama Medan. | en_US |
