In the process of making an assignment order, the Medan City Communication and Informatics Service is currently still doing it simply with manual recording using the help of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. This causes the system to be less effective and efficient in terms of material and time, damage or loss of official travel data occurs due to poor data storage processes and procedures and the time for making official travel reports is quite long. So we need a computerized system that is very suitable to support performance in managing SPT, so that it can overcome problems or obstacles in the current running system by utilizing cloud computing technology and using native php as programming by direct observation, and interviews with related parties into analysis. system used to build the new system in this study. By making good use of the proposed computerized system, the possibility of errors can be minimized and the processing of SPT becomes easier.
