Changes in the occurrence of traffic volume on the Simpang Empat- Simpang Gurukinayan road section, Payung District, Karo Regency, have an impact on the condition of the road pavement and the age of the road pavement. This study aims to determine the degree of damage to the pavement on the road segment. Information collection and also collecting LHR data and seeing directly the conditions in the field. Calculations on the prediction of the remaining life of flexible pavements to find out how much the value of the remaining life of flexible pavements uses the Bina Marga Method and the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method, which are obtained from the results of the total value of the damaged area on Roads and the results of the number of vehicles and the ESAL (Equivalent Standard Ax Load) value for vehicles in a normal load condition. Based on the results of the prediction analysis of the remaining life of the pavement on the Simpang Empat- Simpang Gurukinayan Road Section, Payung District, Karo Regency, the results are around 53% using the Method PCI (Pavement Condition Index) and by comparison using the Highways Method the results of the predictive analysis of the remaining life of the flexible pavement are around 47,3% and the results of the calculation of the degree value on the load of the 3-axle truck vehicle have a load of > 30 tons so it is not safe. Both are the same as trucks which has 3-4 single axles crossing so it's not safe.
