Construction activities are said to be successful in their management if the project is completed with a predetermined level of quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the estimated cost and time at the end of project completion, as well as the factors that cause delays or project progress.
One method of analyzing project cost and time performance is known as the earned value method. This method is a concept of calculating the cost budget based on the work that has been completed. The data used for this research are Time Schedule, Cost Budget Plan (RAB), weekly project reports and actual costs, then analyzed cost, time, variance and performance index by describing the problems that arise during the research.
From the results of the analysis until week 14, it is known that the costs incurred are lower than the budgeted costs. This can be seen from the CPI value of 1.00007578> 1. The implementation time is faster than the initial plan as indicated by the CPI value of 1.20679>1. The results of the analysis of the estimated cost of completing the project amounted to Rp. 4,875,283,132.13 with an estimated time of 168 days or 15 days faster than planned.
Keywords: cost analysis, time analysis, earned value.
