Concrete is a composite made up of structural elements consisting of cement, water, fine aggregate, rough aggregates, without any other additives. While concrete that uses steel rod is commonly referred to as solid concrete which is often used in the field of construction does not stand alone. The purpose of the research is to find out the use of river sand on a strong K-250 concrete press at the age of 14 days and 28 days. In achieving the above objective the author performed a strong concrete press between using a mixture of river sand aggregates after being soaked in fresh water and a strong 14 and 28 day concrete pressure test. From the results of this study, Strong concrete pressure using river sand, age 14 days get an average value of 22.12 MPa and 28 days get a mean value of 21.55 MPa (planned 22.5 MPa) has met the standard in testing and fit to use.
