Based on observations and observations, the problem that occurs at the project site is that many workers do not comply with existing procedures and rules. Data collection in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study was 47 construction project workers using saturated sampling with the Slovin formula so that the total sample obtained was 32 respondents. The analysis method uses quantitative with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. Determine classification based on age, last education, position, work experience. From each questionnaire question, there are 36 questions divided into 7 groups, the largest value for each group of questions is determined. From the lowest mean value, 3,406 workers' demands are still based on basic or basic needs, meaning that some workers do not comply with the procedures and rules in the project. The implementation of (K3) in the project has not yet met the applicable laws and regulations, construction implementers are required to implement technical requirements for occupational safety and health. Workers must prioritize safety, not only completing work on time without PPE, but worker safety is also needed to avoid the risk of worker accidents.
