Clean water is a natural resource that has an important role in meeting human needs in carrying out activities. As all aspects of life develop, the need for water will also increase. Increasing population growth in an area will have an impact on facilities for providing clean water which will also increase. Limau Manis Village is one of the villages that really needs clean water due to unpredictable weather factors and the decline in environmental quality and carrying capacity which affects the availability of clean water in the area. Therefore, this thesis aims to determine the current need for clean water in Limau Manis Village and to determine the projected need for clean water in the next 10 years. This research uses a research method with a case study approach. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the need for clean water in 2023 in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District is 19,076 dm3/second/year. The maximum daily need for clean water in 2023 is 21,937 dm3/sec/yr and the peak hour clean water requirement is 33,383 dm3/sec/yr. After analysis, in the initial planning year (2022) it was found that the need for clean water in Limau Manis Village was 17,498 dm3/sec/yr with the maximum daily clean water requirement being 20,123 dm3/sec/yr and the peak hour clean water requirement being 30,622 dm3/sec/yr. Meanwhile, at the end of the 2032 planning year (10 year projection), the need for clean water is 40,917 dm3/sec/yr with a maximum daily clean water requirement of 47,055 dm3/sec/yr and peak hour clean water demand is 71,605 dm3/sec/yr.
