The aim of this research was to determine the effect Return on Asset on Company Value, influence Current Ratio toDividend Company Value, influenceReturn on Asset against Company Value moderated byDividend Payout Ratio and influence Current Ratio against Company Value moderated by Dividend Payout Ratio in cigarette sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2022 period. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation techniques. Sampling using the method purposive sampling using certain criteria. The research sample was 4 companies.
The results of this research are that Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on Company Value, Dividend Policy is able to moderate the effect of Profitability on Company Value, Dividend Policy is able to moderate the effect of Liquidity on Company Value or it can be said that Dividend Policy is a pure moderator in the Company Cigarette Subsector Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange
