This study aims to determine whether role conflict, group cohesiveness, and work relationship partially affect job satisfaction. The total population in this study amounted to 249 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Raja Tanah, and by using the slovin sampling technique, a sample of 75 people was obtained using incindental sampling. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that role conflict had no significant effect on job satisfaction, group cohesiveness had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work relations had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Tanah Raja. Then the better the quality of overcoming cohesiveness between groups and role conflicts, then the working relationship between employees will lead to and increase a sense of job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary for leaders to increase organizational values and increase the potential of employees to increase their sense of job satisfaction in their work.
