dc.description.abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stres and Workload on Employee Performance of PT Cheil Jedang Feed Medan. To find out whether Work Shift Moderate the effect of Work Stress and Workload on Employee Performance at PT Cheil Jedang Feed Medan. The total population in this study was 101 people, and using a saturated sample (the entire sample) of 101 people. The Analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and MRA. The results showed that Work Stress did not have a significant effect and Workload had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Cheil Jedang Feed Medan. Work Shifts do not moderate Work Stress and strengthen Workload on Employee Performance at PT Cheil Jedang Feed Medan. en_US
