This study aims to determine leverage on financial distress, to determine the effect of liquidity on financial distress, to determine managerial ownership of financial distress, to determine whether profitability moderates the effect of leverage on financial distress, to determine whether profitability moderates the effect of liquidity on financial distress, to determine profitability moderates the effect of managerial ownership on financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The total population in this study was 81 companies and the sample in this study was 25 companies x 5 years of research = 125 data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results showed that leverage had no effect on financial distress, liquidity had a positive and significant effect on financial distress, managerial ownership had a positive and significant effect on financial distress, profitability had not moderated the effect between leverage and financial distress, profitability had not moderated the effect between liquidity and financial distress and profitability had not moderating the influence between managerial ownership and financial distress in Property and Real Estate Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. | en_US |
