This research was conducted at the Bandar Klippa Village Office, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Population administration services at the Bandar Klippa Village Office currently still use manual methods, namely in the process of writing letters still using Microsoft Word, processing population data still using Microsoft Excel, processing archives still using agenda books and making reports still in writing. The aim of this research is to analyze and design a population information system at the Bandar Klippa Village Office using the Laravel Framework. The author conducted this research to facilitate population administration services, in writing letters, processing population data and also processing archives and reports at the Bandar Klippa Village Office, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. As for data collection techniques in this thesis, the author uses observation, interviews and literature techniques. This application uses the Waterfall method which is one of several SDLC methods used as a tool for analyzing and designing population administration information systems.
