This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on productivity with organizational culture as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City with a sample used as many as 155 respondents and questionnaires as a means of collecting respondent data.
The analysis technique used in this study uses SEM (structural equation modeling) using the help of smartPLS to be able to solve the formulation of problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and used to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that work motivation affects organizational culture, work discipline affects organizational culture, organizational culture affects work productivity, work motivation affects work productivity mediated by organizational culture, work discipline affects work productivity mediated by organizational culture.
