This study aims to analyze the effect of ambidextrous leadership on innovative work behavior with continuous commitment as a mediating variable at PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 135 people with a total sample of 101 people. The sampling method is proportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS) using Smartpls version 3.
The results of this study indicate that the ambidextrous leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Ambidextrous leadership has a positive and significant effect on continuance commitment. Continuous commitment has a positive and not significant effect on innovative work behavior. Continuing commitment variable is not able to mediate the effect of ambidextrous leadership on innovative work behavior.
