THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS A MODERATING VARIABLE IN THE REGIONAL OFFICES OF THE NATIONAL LAND AGENCY NORTH SUMATRA
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, environment and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the North Sumatra National Land Agency Regional Office. This research uses a saturated sampling technique carried out using a questionnaire method for 120 samples, namely all office employees. The area of the North Sumatra National Land Agency. The data analysis method used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis. Partial testing (t test) shows that the variables Motivation, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction have an influence on the performance of employees of the Regional Office of the North Sumatra National Land Agency, the variable Work Environment has no effect and does not strengthen job satisfaction with the work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency North Sumatra. Furthermore, simultaneously (F Test) which shows that the three independent variables (Motivation, Environment and Work Discipline) have an effect on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Adjusted r square shows that the variables Motivation, Environment and Work Discipline with Job Satisfaction can explain variations in the Employee Performance variable amounting to 89.4% and the rest is influenced by other factors.
