For the business world, capital is one of the important factors to improve and develop a business, but this is also a problem for cooperatives due to limited access to sources of financing and financial institutions, both banking and non-bank. The cause that is often stated is the inability of cooperatives to meet the terms and conditions of the applicable loans. To overcome this problem, Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Deli Serdang will provide capital for cooperatives to be able to restore the economy. The problem is that Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Deli Serdang does not yet have a computerized system to determine which cooperatives are entitled to receive assistance. Therefore, a website-based decision support system is needed to assist Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Deli Serdang in selecting cooperatives that are entitled to receive assistance. This system was developed using the Profile Matching Method and implemented using PHP and MySQL. The results obtained are a web-based decision support system using the Profile Matching Method which will later be used by Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Deli Serdang in selecting cooperatives that are entitled to assistance.
