dc.description.abstract Because this work is UMKM Convection Reihan is a home industry company engaged in manufacturing bags. This company is still experiencing problems in increasing bag sales. The purpose of this research is to formulate a business development strategy so that it can be considered by companies to increase bag sales. In this study using the SWOT and QSPM methods. The SWOT method is a method used to determine strategy, while the QSPM method is a method used to determine alternative strategies used by the company at this time. The results of the research were obtained for SO strategy focused on product development, ST focused on maintaining and improving product and workforce quality, WO focused on establishing solid partnerships with related parties and WT focused on effective and targeted promotions. The alternative strategies obtained are Product Development (TAS = 6.350), Integration strategy (TAS = 6.290) and Intensive strategy (TAS = 5.761) Keywords: Business Strategy, QSPM, SWOT en_US
