Money laundering according to Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and
Eradication of Criminal Acts. Money laundering is every person who places, transfers,
diverts, spends, pays in currency or securities or other actions for assets which he knows or
reasonably suspects are the proceeds of criminal act. Narcotics come from plants, both
synthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of
pain, and can cause confusion. Types of narcotics can be divided into 3 groups, namely group
I is used for the development of knowledge, class II is used for treatment, and class III is used
for treatment if dependency occurs. Criminal law enforcement is an effort to realize ideas
about justice in criminal law in legal certainty and social benefits into legal reality in legal

normative juridical which is research that refers to legal norms contained in statutory
regulations which apply as normative research which starts from a general premise and ends
