Catfish are nocturnal animals, active at night and one type offreshwater fish that can /iye in large numbers inponds. Thisfish has a good conversion rate offood into body weight. However, there are still many problems that occur among cultivators who do not regularly feed fish, resulting in uneven fish growth in terms of weight. The solution so that thefeeding offish becomes regular is treated with time division for 24 hours and the location of fhe fish feeding place. By utilizing electronic technology, an automatic fish feeder can be made using RTC (real time clock). RTC can be used to set the feeding time offish, RTC can work at a minimum voltage of DC 3.3V - DC 5V. An Arduino Uno is used to control the overall control system. Arduino Uno can work on a minimum voltage of 5V-7V DC. Arduino Unofunctions to process input signals from proximity sensors and solar cells. The output of Arduino Uno is a servo motor and a buzzer. As an energy source for the automatic fish feeder, a 20 Wp (Walt Peak) solar power plant is used and saves power to the battery, there are 3 batteries which are LC 18650 3800 MAh 3.7V. To stabilize the voliage from the solar cell, SCC (Solar Charger Controller) is needed The IR Proximity sensor whichfunctions to detect the presence or absence of eatingfish, the sensor distance to fish food is about 10 cm. This sensor can work at a minimum voltage of 3V-5V DC. Servo motor can work at minimum voltage Stall torque 8.5kg/cm (4.8V), f Okg/cm (6Vl, servo motor fun ction can open nnd close fish food valve.
