dc.description.abstract This research was conducted at PT. Florindo Makmur where this company processes sweet potatoes/cassava into tapioca flour as a finished product. Productivity measurement is needed by companies because productivity measurement describes the success of a company to utilize its resources to achieve maximum results. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of productivity of PT. Florindo Makmur using the American Productivity Center (APC) method. As well as conducting further analysis of the results obtained with a fishbone diagram if a decrease in productivity is found. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained is a copy of the data already owned by PT. Florindo Prosper. The results of this study indicate that the productivity index decreased by -17.71% from the previous year due to a partial decrease in productivity in the elements of labor and raw material inputs. The profitability index increased by +1.20%. And the price improvement index increased by +22.97%. Keywords : Productivity, American Productivity Center, Fishbone Diagram en_US
