Now there are many kinds of promotions that have been made along with the times, Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become an integral component in the modern business environment to facilitate more effective and efficient decision-making. One crucial application in the finance sector is vehicle financing management. In this context, this research aims to develop a Decision Support System for Vehicle Financing by combining the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The case study is conducted at PT. ITC Multi Finance, a financing company specializing in vehicle financing. The combined approach of SAW and TOPSIS is chosen to optimize vehicle financing decisions, given the complexity of factors that need to be considered, such as interest rates, tenure, vehicle value, and credit risk. The SAW method is employed to assign weights to each relevant factor and generate scores for each financing alternative. On the other hand, the TOPSIS method is used to calculate the relative distance of each alternative from the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution, resulting in a preference ranking. The results of this research are expected to provide better guidance to PT. ITC Multi Finance in selecting the most suitable vehicle financing alternative aligned with the company's objectives while minimizing associated risks. By utilizing the combined SAW and TOPSIS approach, it is anticipated that this decision support system can enhance the efficiency of vehicle financing decision-making and yield more informed and accurate decisions. Furthermore, this research may also contribute to the development of advanced and high-performance DSS methods for the financing context and other sectors.
