The state police school is a place of education for prospective National Police non-commissioned officers in terms of learning materials, physical, mental and skills in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as members of the National Police. In this case, facilities and infrastructure greatly influence students in terms of learning and comfort in their environment. Therefore, rehabilitation is carried out on the building so that it remains good and comfortable in carrying out learning activities. The aim of this thesis is to find out how much the Planned Budget (RAB) is and what the Tender process for the North Sumatra Police State Police School Rehabilitation Project is. The method used in calculating the RAB is the Burgerlije Openbare Warken (BOW) analysis and Cipta Karya analysis. Meanwhile, the tender process uses an electronic method (LPSE). The results of the Cost Budget Plan show that for Preliminary Work costs Rp. 169,092,120.-, Ceiling Work Rp. 600,407,998.-, Floor Work Rp. 443,813,805.-, Bathroom Work Rp. 50,381,850.- Painting Work Rp. 164,985,170.-, Work Electricity Rp.233,680,550.-, Door and Window Work Rp.13,999,000,-. The total result was IDR 1,677,000,000.-. Meanwhile, the tender process is carried out using LPSE electronic media, and the auction stages are an illustration of the sequence in the auction from Post-qualification to Contract Signing.
