The development of information technology in recent years has grown at a very high speed, technology as a means to access and disseminate information has been widely used, one of which is using social media Facebook. Facebook in this study is used as a data source to analyze Indonesian-language tweets on e-learning online. Sentiment analysis on Twitter is used to see the tendency of the community's response to be positive, neutral or negative based on the results of tweets on e-learning online learning. This sentiment analysis uses the random forest method which is a classification method. The classification stage is carried out after going through the preprocessing process, where the results of tweet classification tend to be positive, neutral or negative, using the random forest method. The accuracy obtained in the sentiment analysis of e- learning online learning is 53.23%.
