A wheelchair is a tool used to improve mobility for people with disabilities, such as people with physical disabilities (especially those with leg disabilities), patients and the elderly. The current problem with wheelchairs is that wheelchairs do not provide supporting facilities such as facilities to make it easier for defecation, so they have to move them, if done alone, this can cause activity accidents for patients, especially the elderly, it is feared that this can become a big problem. The purpose of this study is to provide a wheelchair design to facilitate defecation for seniors and stroke patients. The design began with a literature study and distribution of the Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) questionnaire and a questionnaire on the design of a wheelchair, then reviewed the wheelchair designs currently in use. The review of the wheelchair design currently in use is intended to see how it works and its benefits which will later be used as consideration and evaluation in the development of this design. The results obtained for the percentage of body parts complaints of wheelchair users for 20 respondents and 27 body parts that were assessed as having complaints were obtained in the sick category of 15%, the moderately ill category of 89.86%, and 35.14% the category of not sick, while The proposed size of the wheelchair for headrest height is 17.92 cm, backrest height is 60.09 cm, armrest height is 28.16 cm, base height is 40.07 cm, base length is 41.64 cm, back and headrest width is 53. 12 cm, headrest width 44.21 cm, width 43.45 cm, calf rest and footrest width 9.14 cm, footrest length 14.59 cm and the addition of wheelchair support facilities such as a soap dish, tissue box, potty (dirt collection), closing curtains, water tubes (rinsing water containers) and bags of goods/documents
