Kwala Bekala Village is a village located in Medan Tuntungan District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This area has an area of about 1.87 km² and a population of about 26,000 people. So far, the kwala bekala sub-district in administrative matters still uses manuals where the people who administer KTPs, Family Cards, Birth Certificates often experience difficulties such as having to queue and the requirements needed are also difficult due to the absence of accurate information. With the digital world that is so developed, people's demand for convenience in managing administration is increasing. The community expects a service that can simplify and speed up the administration process, so that they no longer need to spend a lot of time and energy to take care of the administration. Kelurahan Kwala Bekala also needs an administrative management application to facilitate their tasks in managing administration, such as registration, document management, and so on. The results of this study can improve the administrative process at the Kwala Bekala Village Office. The use of this technology allows faster data access, reduces delays, and minimizes the potential for human error.
