dc.description.abstract | The source of the power of man is one of the part of the advancement of science development and technology , and knowledge management are more focus focued to setting role source of the power of man in in an organization. The purpose of research is to to determine the effect of supervision of the discipline of work , to determine the effect of absenteeism finger print on the discipline of work and to determine the influence of cultural organizations to discipline the working pad a Home Hospital General Sarah Medan. The population of the study is totaled 89 people, and taking a sample that is used is the sample saturated, where all members of the population used as sample that is the entire employee non- medical Home Hospital General sarah Medan. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Mechanical analysis of the data using regression linear multiple, test for normality, test multicolinearity and test heteroskedastisitas. Based on the results of the research that has been done, can be concluded that supervisi impact significantly on disiplin Work. The amount of the contribution supervision in influencing the discipline of employees amounted to 0, 396, a bsensi f ingerprint impact significantly on work discipline employees. The amount of the contribution attendance fingerprint in affecting the work discipline is at 60,10 % , organizational culture affects significantly to the work discipline employees. The amount of the contribution of organizational culture in influencing the work discipline is at 47,40 % , Supervision , Fingerprint Time Attendance and organizational culture influence significantly to the work discipline. Ability Supervision, Fingerprint Time Attendance and organizational culture to explain the work discipline is at 39.30% , while the rest of 60 . 7 0% is explained by variables other does not enter into the model of research this. | en_US |
