The best-selling Yamaha repair shop is a workshop that serves, services and repairs motorbikes, there are high work demands to achieve repair targets so that it creates risks from his work, resulting in a separate workload for mechanics. In other words, every job is a burden for those concerned. The burden can be either physical burden or mental burden. This study aims to determine the physical workload and mental workload received by mechanics at the Yamaha Latis Motor workshop and proposed improvements to reduce the workload received by these mechanics. The methods used in this study are the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method, and the Defense Research Agency Workload Scale method (DRAWS). The results of measuring physical work materials using the CVL method obtained the highest value was mechanic 2 with a value of 50.717% with a loading level of 2 with the description "Repair is needed, and the lowest value was obtained by mechanic 3 with a value of 6.663% with a loading level of 1 with a description of no fatigue. As for the results of the mental workload measurement from the calculation results of the DRAWS method, the workload experienced by the 4 mechanics is Overloaded or high with an average value of 64.895%, indicating that there is a need to improve work systems to carry out motorcycle repairs.
