One of the goals and benefits of using multimedia technology is to increase students' interest in learning the material presented. Studying with conventional methods of course now can make students feel bored. As is the case in studying and memorizing the Qur'an for Muslim students. Reading the Qur'an is certainly a requirement for Muslims. As a faithful servant, of course you will feel proud if you can read the Qur'an. In this day and age, many parents want their children to become memorizers of the Koran and send them to religious education. However, at this time there are still many people who read the Qur'an that are not in accordance with the makhraj of letters or rules in reading the Qur'an. This is because when learning to recognize hijaiyah letters, students only target memorizing hijaiyah letters and do not get used to being fluent in pronouncing pronunciations in accordance with the makhraj letters (the source of the hijaiyah letters). The use of stop motion animation techniques in learning hijaiyyah makhrajul letters has a positive impact in increasing user understanding and involvement in the material being taught. Through the use of stop motion animation, the learning process becomes more interesting, visual, and interactive, which can help users better understand how to pronounce hijaiyyah letters. The results showed that users respond positively to the use of stop motion animation, with a higher level of motivation in learning hijaiyyah makhrajul letters.
