Travel data still does not have a good official travel data management system so that when managing official travel data in Medan City DPRD, errors often occur. This research aims to design an official travel information system that has an integrity fact management feature that has the function of creating website-based official travel letters for the Medan City DPRD. an information system that can help summarize and facilitate the processing of official travel matters, especially at the Medan City DPRD. Thedesign and development of the Official Travel Order Information System is one of the efforts to utilize technological developments, so that the processing of official travel orders, such as the preparation of documents needed for official travel matters, can be completed more easily.
