Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to buy a product and pay it back within a specified time. UU no. 10 of 1998 states that credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equated with it, based on a loan agreement or agreement between the bank and another party that requires the borrower to repay the debt after a certain period of time with interest. If someone uses a credit service, then he will be charged interest bills. The reason why the writer chose Vidha Ponsel Medan as the research location is because the writer is interested in doing research on the process of determining the selection of home credit consumers who make credit. The problem that occurs with Vidha Ponsel Medan is that the company has difficulties in selecting consumers or customers receiving credit.
