dc.description.abstract In the era of advanced information technology, such as today, among the many printing places, Urban Sablon (URSA) initially only offered T-shirt printing services. One of the issues faced by Urban Sablon's shop is that when a customer becomes a reseller, the seller has to manually register the customer in an inefficient manner and provide special reseller prices through WhatsApp for each product sold. This process consumes a lot of time. Currently, the printing orders are only accepted in-store, requiring customers to come directly to the location. This is inefficient as it can limit customers interested in the offered printing services, especially those living far from the URSA location. Therefore, an automated information system was created to make it easier for customers to order and discuss T-shirt printing without visiting the store. Similarly, for sellers, it simplifies and streamlines their work through computerized systems for processing sales data. Researchers have designed a web-based Urban Sablon (URSA) information system using the Prototype method. Thus, URSA's store can manage its business more easily and quickly, especially in handling product data, customer data, orders, and sales.
