| dc.description.abstract | This research is based on the idea that the secretary plays an important role in every activity carried out by the leader. The leadership will not be able to carry out its activities properly without a secretary to assist him, either in relation to correspondence or monitoring the schedule of meetings with other parties. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the role of a secretary in facilitating the tasks of the leadership carried out at the Office of Supervision and Service (KPPBC) Type Madya Pabean Belawan. The theory used to analyze the problem of the role of the secretary is about the role of the secretary in handling office administration. The research was conducted in the Office of Supervision and Service (KPPBC) of Belawan Customs Type, especially in the Office Administration section. The research approach used is a deductive approach, namely by writing discussion topics that are described in general and then drawing a specific conclusion. The results of the research obtained and at the same time become the conclusions of this study, among others, that the secretary plays a very important role in facilitating the leadership's duties, so that it can facilitate the implementation of other activities at the Belawan Customs Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC). | en_US |
