Project management is one of the most fundamental things in the implementation of a construction project. Therefore it is important to maintain costs, time and quality in accordance with the plan. Good scheduling time management is the key to the success of a project. In accordance with observations made on the Revitalization project for SMA Negeri 2 plus Panyabungan. Researchers evaluate the optimization of the time schedule using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) and assisted by scheduling software, namely Microsoft Project. The calculation of the workforce and the duration of each job after the work breakdown structure is carried out is very influential in this regard. The duration results obtained after optimization were 133 days and there were 29 jobs that were on the critical path. Where the planned schedule of this project has a duration of 147 days and has 26 jobs on the critical path. Rescheduling is very impactful by creating a more detailed schedule and also linking the dependency relationships for each job so thatit becomes more structured and minimizes work left behind.
