budi santri kusuma ,junaidi () 2014Perlakuan panas mempunyai khasiat untuk meningkatkan tegangan, menghaluskan butiran kristal, meningkatkan kekerasan, meningkatkan tegangan jatuh logam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas baja SKD 11 Stainess Steel milik SKD 11 ALAT BAJA DENGAN Karbon dan kromium tinggi, paduan dengan lainnya unsur yaitu vanadium dan molibdenum sebagian besar baja skd 11 digunakan pada peralatan yang memerlukan ketahanan aus yang tinggi. Sebagian besar baja skd 11 digunakan untuk proses pengerjaan dingin (cold working) contoh proses blanking dies dan machining. Karena adanya proses pengerasan pada baja SKD 11 timbul tegangan dan rapuh sehingga dalam pemupukan harus dilakukan proses fuether,tempering.Baja SKD11 mendapat perlakuan pemanasan,suhu pengerasan 12000C,hasil uji kekerasan antara 167 s/d 232,2 HV.

budi santri kusuma ,junaidi () 2014Heat treatment has a good to increase tension ,refline crystal grains,increasing violence,increasing the volltage drop of metals.This Study aims to improve the quality of steel SKD 11 Stainess Steel belong SKD 11 TOOL STEEL WITH Carbon and high chromium,alloys with other elements that vanadium and molybdenum most of skd 11 steel used in appliances that require high wear resistance.Most of skd 11 Steel used for cold working process ( cold working ) example of blanking dies and machining proceses.Due to the process of hardening of the steel SKD 11 ,the tension arises and fragile ,so the fertilizer is to be done fuether process,tempering.Steel SKD11 received treat heating,hardening temperatures 12000C,Hardeness test results between 167 to 232,2 HV.

However, both state universitas and private universitas, as a provider of higher education can not be expected to be able to provide learning to students and college graduated to be able to play that role it is, more due to the lack of a learning model that corresponds to the condition that the student based on the results of previous studies found that the learning model modeling has become a model of enterpreneurual learning are considered appropriate by the student. Thus, the learning model, has a strong feasibility to be compiled and presenter in the form of module learning model. The purpose of this follow-up study is analyzing and modeling as the design of the learning model that has been arranged through a module and learning plants as a lecturer guide of the proposed model of enterpreneurial learning. This study used a qualitative approach This research is a classroom action research. The results of the study show that contextual teaching method ia able to improve the achievement of agreed target,contextual approach model application techniques stimulate a readiness to lectures of and students where both parties prepare themselves before discussion. the use of proops in the running contextual model is amust and cannot be separated froem the contextual model itself. In general can be concluded that visible results of the learning process with contextual approach raises that value of high intention among the students.
Analisa Pahat Potong (HSS ) dengan Material Besi Cor Pada Mesin Bubut Universal

Proses Pemotongan Alat HSS Dengan Bahan Bubut Universal Cast Iron yang umum dijumpai pada Analisis Proses pemotongan berdasarkan beberapa aspek yaitu Gaya Pemotongan, Kecepatan Pemotongan, Daya Pemotongan, Pemotongan Daya Indikasi, Zona Temperatur 1 dan Zona Temperatur 2. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemotongan yang dilakukan. Kecepatan, Daya Pemotongan, Daya Motor Listrik, Temperatur Zona 1 dan Temperatur Zona 2 yang menggerakkan HSS pemotongan pahat di Proses Pembubutan Material Besi Cor. Gaya potong diperoleh dari analisa gambar hubungan antara yang direkomendasikan Komponen Gaya Potong dengan bidang potong dan Kecepatan Potong diperoleh dari gambar analisa hubungan antar laju Pakan Kecepatan Pemotongan yang direkomendasikan
