dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT E-learning is very useful for developing the learning process through the internet at Harapan University, Medan, E-learning is an effort to improve education in the field of technology. It is hoped that e-learning will make it easier to get material, hone skills with quizzes and more easily interact with teachers wherever and whenever so that it can be an alternative solution to improve the quality of education. The e-learning system is made using the Application Programming Interface (API) and the Representational State Transfer (REST) Architecture. By using the REST API, it is possible for a system to interact with other systems and make it easier to bridge data exchanges without taking into account differences in platforms or programming languages.
