dc.description.abstract Educational Analysis during the pandemic at the Harapan Medan University utilizes the c4.5 algorithm method, which aims to predict the effectiveness of online learning using data mining techniques. The dataset used is derived from questionnaires distributed to university students of Hope, the data questionnaire produces a data set that is used to determine the effectiveness of learning and which is then processed with rapid miner software which results in several attributes used to determine the effectiveness of pilot learning, service attributes in very significant with result >3.5 are satisfied, and <3.5 are dissatisfied..
