dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT E-commerce is a breakthrough or idea in the world of sales which has recently been in great demand by consumers with its various conveniences and diversity of choices. With current technological advances that are very rapidly so that it is a factor that E-commerce is one of the best choices for consumers to shop without having to go to a direct sales store, now consumers can easily shop by accessing E-commerce websites that offer a wide selection of goods, behind the scenes. This diversity sparked an idea to create an E-commerce website by raising a second type of goods or often called Monja goods with good quality and affordable prices, and consumers can easily access the E-commerce website, namely "Preloved Fashion" which is expected by the existence of E-commerce. In this case, consumers can find second-hand goods with branded quality and affordable prices as well as easy payments that can be made via transfer and Cash Of Delivery (COD).
