The train is an alternative to land transportation that is convenient, safe and cheap. This depends on the condition of the perfect facilities and infrastructure. In order to keep the knowledge of railway operation in good condition, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance to ensure the safety, comfort, security, and accuracy of railway traffic. Periodic maintenance includes daily maintenance and routine maintenance, which is done well within one year. Thus, it is increasingly clear that the need for maintenance is absolutely necessary so that the railway is in good and safe condition during the planning period that the railway passes through. The maintenance and management of railway infrastructure are two sides of the same coin as the railway infrastructure maintenance management system. Maintenance program planning is the most important aspect in railway maintenance management. Careful planning results in an effective and efficient railway maintenance management system. Therefore, proper and efficient annual track maintenance is required to maintain normal and safe track performance. Railroads that are not maintained have decreased performance and cause physical damage. For example, rail failure (damaged, worn, uneven rails), rail joints, draft damage, bearing damage, rail collapse, and even around the corner.
