| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyzed the effected of partially and simultaneously Good Corporate Governance, size and profitability toward firm value in retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. The population is all retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). As for the retail companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017, there were 18 companies, the sample technique used in this study was the purposive sampling method so that the number of observations 90 retail company observations were listed on the IDX. Data collection techniques by means of documentation, and data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study showed that partially, profitability measured from the ROI ratio significantly effected the value of the company, whereas GCG and company size did not significantly influenced the value of the company in the retail companies listed on the Stock Exchange. | en_US |
