The provision of electrical energy by an electric power system that includes generation, transmission and distribution systems. To ensure continuity of electric energy services, a high level of reliability is required in the three elements of the electric power system. Of these three systems, the system closest to the load and customers is the distribution system so that the reliability of this system will directly affect the load or customers. This study aims to determine the safety system, the delivery system, the grounding system and to determine the calculation and working system of the Transformer, Generator Set (Genset), and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply at Bunda Thamrin Hospital. The method used in this study uses the Observation method, This method is carried out by going directly to the field, to collect data from the research location in order to obtain real/valid data. The conclusion of this study is that the electrical system of Bunda Thamrin Hospital uses a radial system and is in accordance with PUIL-SNI (Indonesian National Standard). With a 1600 KVA and 1000 KVA Transformer and 2 Generator Sets (Genset) with a capacity of 2500 KVA and 800 KVA with ATS-AMF Deep sea 4420 module and the safety used for the electrical system constraints are cubicles, surge arresters, phase failure relays (PFR), circuit breakers and grounding.
